Never one to use recipes, I always try to use whatever i have on hand. Looked at a couple of recipes out there and then looked in my pantry and came up with this. Made 2 different attempts and adjusted accordingly. What i am looking for is a rich cake that doesn't overdo it with the sweetness ( i usually use just under 1 cup of sugar) or oil.
